More than 50 exhibitors took part in the Széchenyi István University’s Fair and Professional Experience Exchange. Exhibiting companies offered more than 600 jobs or trainee opportunities for visitors. For the event those companies who are owned by or part of the Széchenyi István University Foundation were present with a booth, which meant ZalaZONE Industrial Park Zrt., ZalaZONE InnoTech NonProfit Kft., the HUMDA Hungarian Mobility-development Agency Zrt., and the Techtra Technology Transfer Institute for Public Benefit Nonprofit Zrt. were individually represented at the exhibition for visitor to meet and get aquantied with.
The main target audience of the event was that of active full-time and part-time students, but the event also play interest to the recently graduated, young professionals, and experienced qualified experts. This event is a perfect opportunity for companies to fill their current job vanancies and also find their future workers or trainees.
”The present event set a record for the number of participating companies as there were 56 exhibitors offering 500-600 open jobs and trainee opportunities to the visitors. The Job Exchange or Fair is traditionally popular for students as it gives them a point of direct contact with local companies where many people find their traninee placement or future jobs. This program also contributes to the fact that most of our University students are employeed by the the time of their graduation, often at the company where they had their cooperative or dual trainee placement held while undertaking their studies.

As mentioned already, with the more than 50 exhibitors, many were companies owned by or part of the Széchenyi István University Foundation, the University’s holding and management company.
The HUMDA Hungarian Mobility-development Agency is such a company where Beck András their press relation manager communicated that their subsidiary HUMDA Lab showcased their activities to the visitors during the Fair. ”This (the Fair) is interesting for engineers and project managers with vehicle, vehicle dynamics and artificial intelligence experience and career paths”
The Techtra Technology Transfer Institute is also owned by the Széchenyi István University Foundation and at their booth Remeli Viktor the leader of the artificial intelligence research group explained that their goal is to develop important technologies used in both the civil and defense spheres. ”For this goal in mind, we are looking for trainees and graduates to fill engineering positions mainly in computer science, mechatronics, and electrical engineering”
