Year after year, students from the teams of the Széchenyi István University of Győr – Arrabona Racing Team, SZEngine and SZEnergy Team – prove in both the Formula Student and Shell Eco-marathon race series that the next generation of Hungarian engineers can hold their own among the world’s ranking elite.
During the sponsorship day, Audi Hungaria’s professional jury heard about the years various projects’ achievements, while concurrently having the opportunity to gain insight into the future development plans and goals of the students. The jury consisted of two professors from Széchenyi István University, Dr. Csaba Tóth-Nagy and Dr. Balázs Vehovszky. In addition to the project results presentations given during the day, students who could not attend them had the opportunity to still participate in an informal roundtable discussion with Audi Hungaria Technical Development engineers and visit the Audi Hungaria faculty’s on site laboratories including a brake pad workshop.
