Organised by Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University and Edutus University, the company Cloud for Intelligent Airplace Zrt. together with the Hungarian Drone & Multirotored Association will support the Hungarian Drone Racing World Cup 2023 as professional experts throughout the event taking place at the Gy\u0151r campus from August 25th to August 27th. For those who want to attend, the competition\u2019s drone race track will be set up next to the Aranypart II.\u2019s clearing. The event is free and everyone is welcomed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the founding member of the Hungarian Drone Coalition, Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University has taken a significant role in Hungary\u2019s drone industry, through domestic drone research, drone development, and the creation of educational programs for professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students can also gain knowledge about drone technology as the institute\u2019s Digital Development Center has many ongoing research projects and courses on the topic that also include the possibility to join its Drone development team, which is highly active in various Drone competitions. The Szechenyi University is cooperating with the Edutus University, located in Tatab\u00e1nya by jointly starting a spin-off company named Cloud for Intelligent Airplace Zrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being hosted by the two universities and professionally supported with Cloud For Intelligent Airplace  and the Hungarian Drone & Multirotored Association\u2019s expertise, the Hungarian Drone Racing World Cup 2023  international competition will take place on the last weekend of August. The event is fully acknowledged by the International Flying Association (FAI) with its race location provided by the Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University. The competition will be the second international multirotored FPV drone world cup in Hungary to date, with the participation of several countries’ most acknowledged racers with 60 racers already confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organisers welcome all interested observers and  race participants to the venue\u2019s location on the Holt-Duna beach\u2019s clearing where they can feel the Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University\u2019s innovative atmosphere and experience thescenary of the beautiful Danube estuary. Hosts encourage everyone to participate in this extraordinary event and follow the race in Gy\u0151r over the weekend of August 25th-27th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
