The students of Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University created and endowed the existing exhibition with special modern designed furniture made from concrete. As part of the permanent exhibition the concrete chairs and benches \u2013 beside the previously exhibited concrete canoe of Gy\u0151r \u2013 have been placed in their permanent location within the museum, where they as an independent display, of the mun communicate the possibilities of the concrete technology to all visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the oldest student racing teams of Sz\u00e9chenyi Istv\u00e1n University, SZEnavis have designed and created a canoe out of concrete that resulted with a gold medal from the concrete canoe cup in Delft. The team with a past more than a decade long, was able to cross again another milestone this past year with its expansion of the permanent exhibition to the collection of the Kisk\u0151r\u00f6s Road History Museum..&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe handed over hexagonal, solid concrete chairs and benches made of concrete to the institution. These complement well our canoe which was given to the Kisk\u0151r\u00f6s institution in 2013 where they made a separate independent display within their collection. Furthermore, the new objects of the exhibit serve a practical purpose since the visitors can use them\u201d \u2013 Andr\u00e1s Poll\u00e1k, the former founder of SZEnavis explained to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/2N1lmgOTdgD-KUMMZkmDfjd_lVap3aLo_DZm6dGuFHZ6R1kcbdaxjnXlLvDhKcvsNWCGBG0p9_cKhBMeeYxtS8Td1zd0hte43GXQ2jWZcQw7_yGCDNW4RQkou6XgFy-MwcarBmtOgfKCGSSHg0-4eQ\" alt=\"A k\u00e9pen ruh\u00e1zat, szem\u00e9ly, ember, l\u00e1bbelik l\u00e1that\u00f3\n\nAutomatikusan gener\u00e1lt le\u00edr\u00e1s\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The new concrete furnishings have been resting in the workshop of SZEnavis until now, however they\u2019ve found their final home at the Kisk\u0151r\u00f6s Road History Museum in. The relationship between the Sz\u00e9chenyi University and the museum goes back a long time with this as only the latest chapter where the institution has included in its collection an expanded permanent exhibit of the works by the students from Gy\u0151r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is with our great pleasure that these concrete fixtures made by the students have been placed to their right worthy spot.
