Not only did the students visit the university campus, but also the &#8220;City of rivers&#8221;, Gy\u0151r, as part of a study trip. On campus, they were able to try out the e-sports hall, the headquarters of&nbsp; the institution&#8217;s sports association called SZESE. They also visited the laboratories of the various student competition teams such as Formula Student and Shell eco-marathon, as well as gain an insight into the projects of the Radio Frequency Testing Laboratory when they called at its premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the trip was, besides other things, to visit local companies (R\u00e1ba, \u00dajh\u00e1z Centrum), meet the mayor of Gy\u0151r, get to know the university where they learned about the developments of the various research teams. In the organisation of the university program, Dr. Pup D\u00e1niel professional coordinator, Dr. Eisingern\u00e9 Dr. Balassa Bogl\u00e1rka PR manager, creative specialist Rita F\u00f6ldesi and marketing intern Bartha Biborka took part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/fLxfUhDlCTzZ8ifSPKwRzfFGPtBTTBz4YzAO9eKWazDChDgBshpvGVhGUoz6L9CfH7peNvrYxcJPUcWtdBrCTSbRwcSAbOdwe7dMmwc_C6AgaSerN0NXQRNMhNeETsdO3tNnOhdSbsdWdgybEebTOA\" alt=\"A k\u00e9pen fal, fedett p\u00e1ly\u00e1s, b\u00fatorok, sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p l\u00e1that\u00f3\n\nAutomatikusan gener\u00e1lt le\u00edr\u00e1s\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The 12 Academy students who visited were highly skilled and excellent professional drivers as witnessed during to their visit to the e-sports hall as part of their tour where they&nbsp; followed with interest and focused attention while bravely asking questions to gain wider understanding of the topics at hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the campus tour\u2019s first stop, they were given a short introduction to the SZESE e-sport hall project, its inception as well as&nbsp; current and future development plan. Besides this, they could experience first-hand the e-sport\u2019s simulator software and hardware, , where only their dexterity and imagination limited them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/pzeoP1-cBMul4MTAj89W6x6i2wuwagtc1OGQOkW0f0FWaw-V5ppqcyFcZUEBVL-zD5LzKWalogbXldBxE3kMbSINcfrTzm3kcex8Jyj_ipE7DXJuTwSrl6QjY9MJ687nvM8utoGah_QE7DQNnNBmiw\" alt=\"A k\u00e9pen ruh\u00e1zat, ember, szem\u00e9ly, l\u00e1bbelik l\u00e1that\u00f3\n\nAutomatikusan gener\u00e1lt le\u00edr\u00e1s\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Other stops of the tour included the visitoring and experiencing the everyday life of the university&#8217;s student teams. For example, in the SZEnergy&#8217;s lab, they could also get a glimpse of the SZEmission, the most energy-efficient small city car, which set a world record for the second year in a row this year. Also, they got to know the ins and outs of both the Arrabona Racing Team and the SZEngine student engine development team who presented this year&#8217;s developments of the Formula Student race series to the MCC students. Finally, the research engineers of the Radio Frequency Testing Laboratory presented their current, innovative projects that opened the minds of the students to the worlds of connectivity and telecommunications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The students of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MMC) Leadership Academy visited us on a study trip.
